摘  要:采用分子设计的方法设计并制备了几种不同微观结构的线型溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR),研究苯乙烯和乙烯基含量及苯乙烯无规分布均匀性对SSBR综合性能的影响。结果表明,随着苯乙烯含量的增大,SSBR胶料的玻璃化温度、压缩疲劳温升和抗湿滑性能提高。苯乙烯在分子链中均匀无规分布可明显提高胶料的回弹值和抗湿滑性能,降低硬度和内摩擦生热。乙烯基含量高且苯乙烯均匀无规分布的SSBR胶料弹性和抗湿滑性能显著提高,滚动阻力明显降低。苯乙烯均匀无规分布可以提高SSBR柔顺性,更有效地平衡高抗湿滑性和低滚动阻力特性。In this study,several kinds of linear SSBR with different microstructure were prepared based on the molecular design approach.The effects of styrene content,vinyl content and random distribution of styrene in SSBR on the properties of SSBR were investigated.The results showed that with styrene content increasing,the glass transition temperature,compression fatigue temperature rise and wet skid resistance of SSBR were increased.When the random distribution of styrene in the molecular chain was more uniform,the rebound value and wet skid resistance of SSBR increased significantly,and the hardness and heat build-up were reduced.SSBR with higher vinyl content and more uniform random distribution of styrene possessed significantly higher rebound value and wet skid resistance,and lower rolling resistance.It was indicated that the uniform random distribution of styrene could greatly increase the flexibility of SSBR macromolecules and effectively achieve the balance of high wet skid resistance and low rolling resistance.
