摘 要:研究不同管径和长度的多壁碳纳米管对天然橡胶(NR)性能的影响。结果表明:管径、长度较大的碳纳米管更有利于提高复合材料的导热性能;非线性拟合分析表明,定向碳纳米管束对NR复合材料导热性能的影响等价于具有等量管径的普通碳纳米管;管径为40~60 nm、长度大于5μm的碳纳米管对NR复合材料的拉伸性能改善最佳。The effects of diameter and length of multi-walled carbon nanotubes on the properties of natural rubber/carbon nanotube composite were studied. The results showed that,the thermal conductivity of the composite was enhanced with the increase of length and diameter of the carbon nanotubes. The results of nonlinear curve fitting analysis showed that,the bundles of aligned multi-walled carbon nanotubes were just similar to the ordinary multi-walled carbon nanotubes with an equivalent diameter for the enhancement of thermal conductivity of the composite. The long carbon nanotubes(5 μm) with a diameter between 40 and 60 nm could significantly improve the tensile properties of the composite.
