摘 要:研究气固法氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)3570在冶金胶辊包覆胶配方中的应用,并与溶液法CSM(海帕龙40)进行对比。结果表明:气固法CSM3570红外光谱的特征吸收峰的位置与海帕龙40一致;在冶金胶辊包覆胶配方(CSM 100,炭黑70,环氧大豆油15,粘合增进剂3,加工助剂2,其他助剂2,防老剂3,助交联剂PDM 1,环氧树脂E-5120,促进剂3.5,合计219.5)中以CSM3570等量替代海帕龙40,胶料的综合性能比较相近,均符合相关标准要求,且可以顺利完成胶辊生产的各个工序。The application of chlorosulfonated polyethylene(CSM)3570 produced by gas-solid phase method in the rubber covering compound for metallurgy rubber roller was studied and compared with chlorosulfonated polyethylene(Hypalon 40)which was manufactured by solution method. The test results showed that,the positions of characteristic absorption peaks of the infrared spectrum of CSM 3570 and Hypalon 40 were basically the same. The formula of rubber covering compound for metallurgy rubber roller was as follows:CSM 100,carbon black 70,epoxy soybean oil 15,adhesion promoter 3,processing aid 2,other additive 2,antioxidant 3,crosslinking agent PDM 1,epoxy resin(E-51) 20,accelerator 3. 5,and the total was 219. 5. The properties of the compound with CSM3570 were close to the properties of the compound with Hypalon 40. The properties of both compounds met the requirements of corresponding standard and production process of the roller.
