摘 要:论文讨论了炭黑填充橡胶材料的唯象本构模型.考虑到Mooney模型无法表征橡胶类材料大变形阶段的力学特性,首先利用丁苯橡胶单向拉伸实验数据和Treloar实验数据,对Mooney模型进行了分析,讨论了炭黑体积分数与Mooney模型准确表征橡胶材料应变区间大小的关系,以及Mooney模型对橡胶材料纯剪切和等比双向拉伸等复杂变形的预测能力,同时也分析了两个材料参数对Mooney模型的影响.最后在Mooney模型的基础上添加了一个以主伸长比为变量的修正项,且改进后的Mooney模型满足Treloar和Ogden的六项基本假设.通过与实验数据对比分析,改进Mooney模型可以较好地描述橡胶材料大变形阶段的应力应变关系,同时也提高了对橡胶材料纯剪切和等比双向拉伸等复杂变形的预测能力.A phenomenological constitutive model for carbon black filled-rubber materials is investigated in this paper.Considering the incapability of Mooney model in describing the stress-strain relations of rubber-like materials in large deformation regions,the characteristics of Mooney model is analyzed using the experimental data from the uniaxial tension tests on styrene-butadiene rubber as well as those from Treloar's tests.Relationship between the carbon black content and the strain range of rubber materials accurately characterized by the Mooney model is discussed;prediction ability of the model accounting for the stress-strain relations under multiaxial loading conditions and the influences of model parameters are then analyzed.Finally,on the basis of Mooney model,a correction term with the main elongation ratio being a variable is added,and the revised Mooney model satisfies the six assumptions proposed by Treloar and Ogden.By comparing with the experimental data,the new model can well describe the stress-strain relationship of rubber materials at large deformation stage,and can improve the ability of predicting the complex deformation of rubber-like materials.
