摘  要:利用大型化工模拟软件Aspen plus对工业双戊烯连续真空精馏过程进行模拟。考察了进料位置、回流比、塔顶采出率及塔顶压力对柠檬烯纯度及再沸器能耗的影响,得到了双戊烯精馏的最佳条件为:理论塔板数为65,进料位置在第30块塔板处,回流比4∶1,进料量1 000 kg/h,进料温度100℃,塔顶采出率为0.7,塔顶压力5 k Pa,塔压降12 k Pa。经生产实践验证,可以得到纯度为71.5%的柠檬烯,与模拟数据(72.43%)偏差较小。Continuous rectification of industrial dipentene in vacuum was simulated by Aspen plus. Effects of feed stage,reflux ratio,distillate to feed ratio and operation pressure on limonene purity and reboiler energy consumption were investigated and the optimum conditions for distillation were obtained as follows: the theoretical plate number 65,feed stage at thirtieth,reflux ratio4∶ 1,distillate to feed ratio 0. 7,top stage pressure 6 k Pa,and the clumn pressure drop 12 k Pa. Limonene with the purity of71. 5% and the distillate to feed ratio of 70% was obtained in production experiment,which is similar to the simulation results.
