摘 要:为从机制设计、政府补贴和价格决策角度解决生物质能生产企业秸秆收集不足问题,考虑决策偏好,采用玻耳兹曼学习算法对农民在劳动力市场和生物质能市场中的决策进行建模,构建了基于行为异质性的农业生物质能仿真平台。运用该平台研究了农民行为异质和运输成本对秸秆收集量的影响。发现农民类型和运输成本是影响秸秆收集量的重要因素。考虑农民行为异质性时,理论收集量与实际采集量存在很大差异。该仿真平台可研究采集机制、政府政策对农业生物质能收集量的影响。To analyze the influence of different collecting mechanism, subsidies and prices on the amount of energy-utilized straw resource, based on behavior heterogeneity theory and Boltzmann learning algorithm, an agricultural biomass trading emulated platform, which considers the decision preference of the farmer, was Build. The platform was used to study the effects of farmers' behavior and transportation costs on the amount of the collected straw. Found that, the farmers' behavior heterogeneous and the transportation cost have huge Influences on the ultimately collected straw amount. Compared with the theoretic collecting amount, there are great differences in the ultimately collected straw amount, when considering the behavior heterogeneity of farmers.
