摘 要:面对有限的学术资源,大学组织中不同利益群体之间难免会出现激烈争夺。通过以利益相关者为理论依据,准确识别出不同利益相关者的身份属性,建立了一个囊括4个一级指标和20个二级指标的大学学术资源指标体系,并通过AHP方法对该指标进行权重确定和实证检验。结果发现:在4个一级指标中,"学术文化""学术规划""学术事务"和"学生活动"的权重分别是0.3114、0.2708、0.2502和0.1676。经过CR一致性检验后,整体指标权重和单层指标权重都是可以接受的。在20个二级指标中,"办学理念""课程""学术活动""学术质量""学术声望"应优先考虑。Facing with the limited academic resources,the different interest groups in the university will inevitably be in intense competitions. From the prospective of stakeholders,we analyzed the academic resource allocation and utilized AHP to make weight analysis for the allocation of academic resources of university stakeholders. By identifying the key stakeholders,key stakeholders and marginalized stakeholders Identity Attributes,we have established a 4-level indicators and 20 secondary indicators index system of university academic resources. The result showed that,in four-level indicators,the weight of "academic culture", "learning plan", "Academic Affairs" and "student activities" are 0.3114、0.2708、0.2502 and 0.1676. "Education Philosophy", "course", "academic activities", "academic quality", "academic reputation" should be given priority.The index system is acceptable.
