摘　　要：加强教师职业道德建设是新时期俄罗斯教育空间发展的重要向度,既满足了破解俄罗斯教育领域实践困境的现实诉求,同时也满足了俄罗斯社会群体对教师职业的广泛道德期待。当代俄罗斯教师职业道德是一个完整的结构体系,具体表现为以热爱学生为核心品质,以伦理准则作为其外部约束。为进一步提升教师职业道德建设的规范性、稳固性和连续性,俄罗斯选择并确立了加强制度建设、增设伦理类课程、健全职后培训等实践路径。Strengthening the construction of teacher＇s professional ethics is an important dimension of Russian education space in new period,which solves the practical difficulties in Russian education field,satisfying the moral expectations of Russian society for teachers. Contemporary Russian teacher＇s professional ethics is a complete structure system. The core quality is love the student,and the external constraint is ethical guidelines. In order to further promote the standardability,stability and continuity of teacher＇s professional ethics construction,Russia selected and established the practical paths in terms of strengthening institutional construction,adding ethics courses and improving the post-service education.
