摘 要:采用化学浴沉积法,在常压低温环境下,通过控制反应时间控制沉积液在TiO_2衬底上的沉积量得到厚度不同的Sb_2S_3薄膜,进而与共轭聚合物P3HT复合制成有机-无机杂化太阳电池.研究结果表明,Sb_2S_3薄膜厚度的增加对P3HT/Sb_2S_3/TiO_2杂化太阳电池性能影响明显,电池开路电压、短路电流、转化效率都随Sb_2S_3薄膜厚度的增加呈先增加后减小的变化趋势.其中,厚度约为150nm的Sb_2S_3薄膜最佳,电池短路电流密度为4.81mA/cm^2,开路电压为0.58V,能量转化效率为1.21%.研究Sb_2S_3薄膜最佳厚度对杂化太阳电池优化具有重要意义.Different thickness layers of Sb_2S_3 are fabricated using chemical deposition through changing the deposition time in constant pressure with low temperature.The obtained layers of Sb_2S_3 are combined with conjugated polymer P3HT to make organic-inorganic hybrid solar cells.The results show that thickness of Sb_2S_3 film has obvious influence on the performance of hybrid solar cells.The opencircuit voltage,short-circuit current and conversion efficiency of the devices are increased with the thickness of Sb_2S_3,and then reduced with further increasing the Sb_2S_3 layer thickness.The optimal thickness of Sb_2S_3 in our device is about 150 nm,in which,the short circuit current density is 4.81mA/cm^2,the open circuit voltage is 0.58 V,and the energy conversion efficiency is 1.21%.The exploration of the optimal thickness of Sb_2S_3 film is very important for developing relative hybrid solar cells.
