负压采血管在手足部小创面术后引流中的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的应用负压采血管制作引流管,观察其在手足部小创面术后引流中的临床应用效果。方法收集符合纳入标准的106例患者,分为实验组与对照组。在接受手足部创面术后,实验组予以负压采血管引流,对照组予以皮片引流,观察实验组与对照组患者术后创面红肿消退时间及创面感染率。结果实验组患者手术创面红肿消退时间(4.55 d)短于对照组患者(6.74 d),差异有统计学意义(t=8.28,P<0.05);创面感染率实验组患者(1.89%)低于对照组患者(3.77%),差异有统计学意义(t=4.99,P<0.05)。结论应用负压采血管在手足部小创面术后引流中临床效果良好,具有在临床治疗中推广的可行性。Objective To use vacuum sealing blood - collecting vessel for drainaging and observe the effect in treating hand and foot mini - wound. Methods 106 patients in our Hand ＆ Foot ＆ Reconstruction Microsurgery were divided into the experimental group and the control group randomly. The experimental group was accepted vacuum sealing blood -collecting vessel for drainaging and the con- trol group was accepted rubber piece for drainaging after surgeries, record the time of wound inflammatory loosing and the infection rate were recorded. Results The extinction time of wound inflammatory in the experimental group and compared group were （4.55 ± 0.37 ） d and （6.74 ± 1.12） d. The difference was significant between two groups. The infection rates of two group were 1.89% and 3.77%. Conclusion It is satisfactory to use vacuum sealing blood - collecting vessel for drainaging in treating hand and foot mini - wound,
