宁夏地区回族与汉族血浆中UⅡ和T2DM的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨宁夏回族与汉族外周循环中尾加压素Ⅱ(UⅡ)表达情况与T2DM发病之间的相关性。方法采用病例-对照研究法收集体检发现的T2DM患者(病例组)412例,另选同期体检结果正常者(对照组)539例,采用放射免疫法检测2组患者血浆中UⅡ的表达情况。结果 T2DM患者外周循环中UⅡ表达水平显著高于对照组[(9.72±3.66)与(5.44±1.84)pg/m L](t=-18.37,P<0.05),外周循环中UⅡ高表达者发生T2DM风险是低表达者的3.519倍。回族人UⅡ高表达风险是汉族人群的2.354倍。结论 T2DM患者中血浆UⅡ表达水平明显高于健康人群,高表达者患T2DM的风险高于低表达者;回族人群血浆UⅡ表达水平高于汉族,UⅡ高表达的风险亦高于汉族。血浆UⅡ水平可能是影响T2DM患病的重要因素之一。Objective To explore the relationship between peripheral circulation plasma Urotensin Ⅱ （ U Ⅱ ） and type 2 diabe- tes mellitus in Hui versus Han people in Ningxia. Methods 412 patients with type 2 diabetes（case group）and 539 healthy cases（con- trol group） treated were chosen in this study. The expression status of plasma U Ⅱ were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The ex- pression of peripheral circulation U Ⅱ was significantly higher in the T2DM group than that in the control group [ （9.72 ± 3.66） vs （5.44 ± 1.84） pg/mL, t = - 18.37, P 〈 0.05 ]. The OR value was 3.519 times in T2DM patients than the control group. The expression level of U II was significantly higher in Hui people than in Han people, with corresponding OR value of 2.354 in Hui people versus Hart people. Conclusion The expression level of plasma U Ⅱ is obviously higher in T2DM group than in healthy people, and significantly higher in Hui people than in Han people. Therefore,U Ⅱ may be one of the important factors influencing the onset of T2DM.
