摘 要:目的了解湘江河城区段壬基酚(NP)污染现状,为治理环境污染提供科学依据。方法选取上、中、下3个河段采集水和生物样本,液液萃取法提取样品中NP,反向色谱法测定样品中NP含量。结果河水中NP浓度:上游平均为(0.28±0.13)μg/L,中游平均为(1.72±0.07)μg/L,下游为(3.18±0.23)μg/L,下游明显高于上游、中游河水中NP的浓度。扇贝肉内NP含量为(337±50)μg/kg,白条鱼肉内为(75±24)μg/kg,贝肉为鱼肉含量的4.5倍(t=11.636,P<0.05)。结论湘江河水中NP污染情况较为严重,与全国其他地区以及世界主要发达国家相比处于较高水平。水生物是水体中NP的主要储存库,贝类比鱼类更易富集。Objective To investigate the current situation of nonylphenol(NP)pollution in urban district Xiangjiang River,and to provide scientific proof for the control of environmental pollution.Methods Water and biological samples were collected from the upper,middle and lower sections.NP was extracted by liquid-liquid extraction method and NP content in The samples was determined by reverse chromatography.Results The NP concentration in the river was(0.28±0.13)μg/L in the upstream,(1.72±0.07)μg/L in the middle flow,(3.18±0.23)μg/L in the downstream,which was significantly higher than that in the upstream and downstream rivers.The content of NP in scallop was(337±50)μg/kg,4.5times as much as(75±24)μg/kg in white meat fish(t=11.636,P〈0.05).Conclusion The NP concentration in Xiangjiang River is higher than other rivers in China and major developed countries.The aquatic organisms is the main repository of NP in the water.The NP is much more easierly accumulated in shellfish than in fish.
