摘  要:介绍热连轧精轧控制现状、影响因素、轧制力模型及存在的问题。以西姆斯模型为基础,建立轧制力仿真模型,利用MATLAB的Simulink工具箱,采用分模块建模的方法,对鞍钢1 580 mm精轧机进行仿真模拟计算,并与实测结果进行对比,其误差范围较大。在西姆斯模型中引入自适应修正因子,利用SPSS线性回归材料化学成分的影响,使轧制力模型得到优化,误差范围大幅缩小,Q235B的误差控制在8.74%以内,SPHC钢的误差控制在5.07%以内,实现了轧制力预测值和实测值的较好拟合。To introduction hot continuous mill finishing mill control present situation, influence factors, rolling force model and the existing problems. Taking Sims model as base to set up rolling force simulation model, adopting Simulink toolbox of MATLAB, using separate module modeling method, to simulate and calculate the rolling force of 1580 mm finishing mill of Ansteel, and compared with the measured results, the error range is bigger. The adaptive correction factor was introduced in Sims model, using SPSS to linear regress material chemical composition influence, the rolling force model was optimized, the error range narrowed considerably, the error of Q235B was controlled within 8.74% , SPHC steel within 5.07% , has realized the rolling force better fitting between the predicted values and measured values.
