摘 要:介绍充液阀在锻压机械液控系统中的作用和工作过程,分析锻造工艺制作的3 150 t水压机充液阀阀体与接管间过渡圆角处出现裂纹原因。针对阀体材质和裂纹深度,先将阀体接管位置固定,用碳弧气刨刨好焊接坡口,再用低氢钠碱性焊条J507焊接并进行回火处理,给出工艺实施过程和注意事项。修复后的充液阀过渡角处单边厚度增加15 mm,强度提高34.6%,变形量只有0.3~0.4 mm,确保了充液阀的正常使用。To introduce function and working process of frefill valve in forging machinery hydraulic control system, the breaking cause appearing at the knuckle between 3 150 t hydraulic press prefill valve body and the take over was analyzed. On the valve body material and depth of crack, first the take over body position is fixed, by carbon arc air gouging shaved welding groove, then adopted low alkaline sodium hydrogen electrode J507 welding and tempering treatment, process imple- mentation and the matters needing attention were given. After repair, monolateral thickness at prefiU valve transition angle increase 15 mm, tensile strength increase 34.6%, the deformation is only 0.3 to 0.4 ram, these ensure normal use of pre- fill valve.
