摘　　要：随着我国建筑行业不断发展,预制装配式建筑以其施工工期短,环保性强等优势,不断形成新的发展趋势。为确保预制装配式建筑的设计质量满足相关要求,应严格执行设计标准的要求,并兼顾技术策划、方案设计、图纸设计、构件设计等设计要点,并应用BIM技术与射频技术,强化预制装配式建筑的设计施工质量。With the continuous development of China＇s construction industry, prefabricated construction with its construction period is short, strong environmental protection and other advantages, continue to form a new development trend. In order to ensure the design quality of the prefabricated building to meet the relevant requirements, the design requirements should be strictly enforced, and the design points such as technical planning, program design, drawing design and component design should be strictly implemented. BIM technology and RF technology should be used to strengthen the prefabricated Construction design quality.
