摘 要:充填采矿法是矿山坑采常用的采矿方法[1]。永平铜矿在露转坑建设的同时,完成了充填制备站建设。永平铜矿井下采矿区分南北两个矿带。北矿带充填倍线小于7.0,可以使用现有充填设备完成自流充填作业;而南部矿区倍线在7.0以上,有的甚至高达11.5,充填料浆自流输送无法到达预定采空区,造成南部采区大范围停采.为此,永平铜矿进行加压系统充填站改造,增装一台充填泵,实现南部矿带加压充填作业,保证南部矿区采充平衡。back filling mining method was a common mining method in underground mines. During the construction period which was Yongping mine started its underground mining operation, the construction of filling preparation station was completed at the same time. Underground mining area of Yongping Copper Mine was divided into North and south ore belts. The north belt back filling rate was less than 7.0, the existing filling equipment could be met with gravity filling operation requirements; the southern mine backfilling rate was higher than 7.0, which even up to 11.5, the filling slurry could not transported to the mining stope are by its gravity flow, which could be cause mining operation stop in south area. Therefore, Yongping copper mine reconstructed the filling station, a new compression filling pump was installed, which could ensure mining and filling balance in the southern mining area.
