摘　　要：为提高国家级实验教学示范中心的辐射带头作用,在分析农业院校提高大学生创新创业能力必要性的基础上,综合中心特点,提出了提高大学生创新创业方面的改革措施,包括坚持本科生开放式实验教学,为学生创新创业提供良好的环境条件;教学、科研仪器设备的共享机制,保障大学生创新创业的硬件条件;以动科学院解剖大赛为契机,带动大学生创新创业能力的提高。实践表明,改革提升了国家级实验教学示范中心的辐射带头作用,为地方院校的本科人才创新创业能力培养提出了新思路,并取得了显著成效。To improve the national experimental teaching demonstration center of radiation lead role, On the analysis of the agricultural colleges I based on the necessity to improve college students＇ innovative undertaking ability, comprehensive center characteristics, to improve college students＇ innovative undertaking reform measures are put forward, including undergraduate open experiment teaching, which can provide a good environment for the students＇ innovative entrepreneurial conditions; Teaching, scientific research instruments and equipment sharing mechanism, ensure the hardware condition of college students＇ innovative undertaking; The anatomy of the contest as an opportunity to move academy of sciences, drive the improvement of college students＇ innovative undertaking ability. Years of practice shows that the national experimental teaching demonstration center of radiation lead role, creative ability training of undergraduate talent for local colleges and universities put forward the new way of thinking, and has obtained remarkable achievement.
