摘　　要："卓越计划"的关键是校企的深度合作,项目驱动模式教学是实现校企深度合作的有效途径之一。结合哈尔滨理工大学金属材料工程专业项目驱动模式实施"卓越计划"的过程,探讨了项目驱动的前提、实施过程、结果以及注意问题,为类似专业"卓越计划"的实施提供借鉴。The key of excellent program is the deep cooperation between universities and enterprises, and the project-driving mode teaching is one of the effective ways to realize the deep cooperation between universities and enterprises. In this paper, the preconditions, implementation process, results of project-driving mode training excellent program were discussed, on base of the Major Metal Material Engineering of Harbin University of Science and Technology. The results can provide a reference for the implementation of similar major excellent program.
