摘　　要：统计数据在经济社会发展中发挥着关键作用,为企业发展提供数据及决策支撑。统计数据是通过收集、汇总每个数据单元的信息而产生,并经计算分析来反映事物的面貌与发展规律。统计数据的产生过程是每个数据单元的转移过程,以统计指标为核心,从细节入手,根据指标的生产过程,逐项分为"源头采集,中间转移,最终形成"三个环节,再细分出多个"数据单元",通过查找"失真因素",构建出从起点到终点的全过程指标体系。遵循数据产生过程,建立三阶段审核体系,深度挖掘数据价值,在优化电网结构、台区治理、提升线损管理等方面,分析存在的突出问题和薄弱环节。Statistical data plays a key role in economic and social development, which provides data and decision support for enterprise development. Statistical data is generated by collecting and summarizing information of each data unit, and is calculated and analyzed to reflect the situation and development of things. The production process of statistical data is the transfer process of each data unit, with statistical index as the core, starting from the details, according to the index production process, and with every one is divided into 3 steps ＂ source acquisition, intermediate transfer, and final formation＂. Then by separating into multiple the ＂data units＂, we can find out the ＂distortion factors＂ and construct the whole process index system from the beginning to the end. In order to optimize the structure of power grids, improve the regional management of power lines, and enhance the management of line losses, the paper analyzes the serious problems and weak links, perfects the development plan of the power grid, guides the project reserves, and builds up a three-stage auditing system to deepen the data value.
