摘 要:研究了重力沉降+旋风分离组合装置的初始压降及其分离性能。结果表明:组合装置的初始压降随进口气速的增加而明显增大;在过滤状态下,进口含尘浓度对压降的影响基本可以忽略不计,压降随进口气速的增加明显升高;当进口气速较低(v=5m/s)时,分离效率随进口含尘浓度的增大而增大;当进口气速较高(v≥10m/s)时,分离效率随进口含尘浓度的增大而下降。同时,建立了重力沉降+旋风分离组合装置压降和分离效率的计算模型。The initial pressure drop and separation property of the unit combined gravity settling and cyclone separator were investigated to show that,the pressure drop becomes increased quickly when the inlet velocity rises at the initial state; under the filtration condition,the influence of inlet concentration on the pressure drop can be negligible generally and the pressure drop can rise quickly with increased inlet velocity; when the inlet velocity is lower( v = 5 m/s),the separated efficiency gets increased with the increase of inlet concentration;as for the high inlet velocity( v≥10 m/s),the separation efficiency becomes decreased with increasing of the inlet concentration. In addition,a mathematical model for the pressure drop and separated efficiency was established.
