中温水平环路热虹吸管传热性能实验研究

摘  要:研制了一套中温水平环路热管(HLTS)。采用导热姆作为传热工质,搭建了其传热性能实验平台,考察了该HLTS的启动和传热性能。实验结果表明:U形段液封结构可有效避免热管内部两相工质的双向流动,提升其传热性能;充液率对环路热管传热性能影响较大,初始充液率为45.5%,加热功率为150W时,启动温度为130℃,启动时间为29min,启动性能优于初始充液率为70.5%工况;工作温度为200~400℃时传热热阻0.91~0.69℃/W,传热性能较好。该HLTS可移植和放大,设计用做槽式集热管,实现热管在太阳能中温热利用领域的高效利用。A medium-temperature horizontal loop thermosyphon( HLTS) was developed. Through taking the dowtherm as working fluid,a platform was set up to investigate the HLTS 'start-up performance and heat transfer performance. The results show that,the liquid seal structure at the U-segment can effectively prevent two-way flow of two-phase dowtherm within the HLTS and enhance its heat transfer performance; the filling rate has a significant influence on the HLTS'heat transfer performance. When the filling rate is 45. 5% along with a 150 W heat power,130℃ start-up temperature and 29 min-long start-up time,the HLTS'starting performance is better than that of the HLTS with a 70. 5% filling rate. The HLTS has better heat transfer performance when the heat transfer resistance ranges from 0. 91℃/W to 0. 69℃/W with the working temperature ranging from 200℃ to 400℃. The HLTS can be transplanted and amplified and taken as a thermal-collecting tube for the groove-type collector used in solar energy utilization.
