摘　　要：近二十年来,对民国时期妇女职业问题的研究颇多,既有宏观性的对妇女职业问题的整体概述,又有分门别类的对妇女职业观念、职业教育、职业状况、职业类型等进行的专题性解读。但是,由于受史料和研究视角等限制,民国时期女性职业问题研究仍然存在许多值得反思之处,如研究视角的开拓、研究区域与范围的拓展以及史料的整理运用等。民国时期妇女职业问题相关研究仍任重而道远。The study of female occupations during the period of Republic China became more prosperous in recent twenty years. Not only there is a macroscopic overview of problems of women profession,but are special topics such as female occupation concept,vocational education,occupational status and occupational type. However,due to the limitations of historical data and research perspectives,there are still many areas of reflection in the study of problems of female occupation during the period of the Republic of China,such as the development of research perspective,the expansion of research area and scope,and the use of historical materials.During the period of the Republic of China,the study of female occupation issues still has a long way to go.
