摘  要:中石化华南销售分公司建设的海南省洋马(洋浦至马村)成品油管线工程的S308(二)定向钻穿越工程回拖过程中,在回拖至离入土点72m处时发生抱管,超过钻机回拖力最大值而被迫停止回拖。针对该地区地层情况、现场技术条件及抱管产生的原因进行综合分析,介绍了采用夯管锤冲击配合钻机牵引技术,有效地处理了抱管问题。该项技术的成功运用为解决此类抱管问题提供了理论及技术支持,其社会及经济效益良好并具有实践推广意义。In back-drag construction of S308(Ⅱ) directional drilling project of Hainan Yangpu-Macun Village refined petroleum pipeline constructed by SINOPEC Chemical Commercial Holding Co., Ltd. South China Branch, pipe holding occurred at 72 m from the back-drag to the soil surface, and back-drag was involuntarily stopped because the holding force exceeded the maximum backdrag force of the drill. This paper analyzed the stratum condition in this region, field technical condition and pipe holding reason and introduced the impacting hammer plus drill composite construction technique, to effectively solve the pipe holding problem. Successful application of such composite technique provided theoretical and technical supports for solving relevant pipe holding problems, enjoying favorable social and economic benefits, as well as high promotion value.
