摘　　要：肾移植手术是终末期肾脏病的重要治疗手段,随着免疫抑制剂等药物及相关技术的创新与发展、移植肾存活率增高、术后生存质量的改善,肾移植手术已经越来越被人们所接受。麻醉在肾移植术中起重要作用,合理的麻醉管理是保障移植手术的安全性和提高成功率的重要环节。肾移植的麻醉管理体现在移植手术的不同阶段,包括术前评估、术中相应指标的监测、麻醉的诱导与维持、术中移植相关并发症的识别与处理。该文旨在综述国内外相关研究进展,为亲属间肾移植手术的麻醉管理提供参考。Renal transplantation is an important therapeutic option for patients with end-stage renal disease,and it has been accepted by more and more people with the development and innovation of immunosuppressive agents and related technology,and the increasing of graft survival rate.Anesthesia plays an important role in postoperative period of the renal transplantation,and the reasonable management is vital to ensuring safety and boosting the success rate.Anesthesia management is reflected in many stages of the operation,including preoperative evaluation,intraoperative monitoring of related indicators,induction and maintenance of anesthesia,and identification and management of complications associated with transplantation.Here is to make a review of the relevant research progress to provide reference for the anesthesia management of livingrelated renal transplantation.
