摘　　要：子宫内膜容受性即子宫内膜对胚胎的接受性。在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗中,仅有40%左右的临床妊娠率和25%的活产率,远远低于患者的期望值。影响IVF-ET成功率的最大问题是胚胎着床失败,着床失败占助孕失败原因的72%。而子宫内膜容受性差是导致胚胎种植失败的主要原因之一。如何改善子宫内膜容受性,提高胚胎种植率和临床妊娠率成为生殖医学界研究的热点。近年来国内外学者探索了许多提高子宫内膜容受性的方法,如子宫内膜机械性刺激、宫腔灌注术、宫腔镜检查、促性腺激素释放激素激动剂降调节后人工周期内膜准备等,极大地改善了子宫内膜薄、反复种植失败患者的子宫内膜容受性。The receptivity of endometrium means endometrial receptivity for embryos. A 40% rate of clinical pregnancy and 25% rate of live births per cycle is far lower than the expectations of patients undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer（ IVF-ET）. The most limiting factor in an IVF-ET therapy is implantation failure, responsible for over 72% of all treatment failures. One of the main reasons for implantation failure is the poor endometrial receptivity. How to improve the receptivity of endometrium,increase implantation and clinical pregnancy rate has become a hot topic in the field of assis- ted reproduction. In recent year, scholars at home and abroad have explored many methods to improve the receptivity of endome trium, such as mechanical stimulation of endometrium, intrauterine perfusion, hysteroscopy, and gonadotrophine- releasing hormone agonist down-regulation plus hormone replacement treatment for endometrial preparation, etc. The endo- metrium receptivity of the patients with thin endometrium or repeated implantation failures has been improved greatly.
