摘 要:传统磁共振成像具有软组织分辨率高、多参数和多方位成像的特点,已广泛应用于头颈部检查,可提供组织的形态学指标。头颈部解剖复杂,头颈部淋巴瘤发病部位和影像表现多样,仅依靠形态学有时难以准确鉴别头颈部淋巴瘤与头颈部其他病变。近年来迅速发展的磁共振功能成像技术可从分子学角度,提供组织生理代谢、微环境变化等功能信息,能提高头颈部淋巴瘤诊断的准确性,已逐渐应用于头颈部淋巴瘤的诊断、鉴别、分期和评估疗效等方面。Conventional magnetic resonance imaging, featured with high tissue resolution, multi-parametric and multi- positioning, has been widely used in head and neck examination, which also provides tissue morphological indexes. But the complicated anatomy, non-specific imaging appearances and locations make it sometimes difficult to identify the lymphoma from other lesions in head and neck accurately just relying on morphological data. Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) has developed rapidly in recent years, providing functional information about tissue metabolism, microenvironment, molecular composition on molecular level,which might help improving the diagnostic accuracy of head and neck lymphoma. The fMRI has been applied to the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, tumor staging, and treatment assessing of head and neck lymphoma.
