摘　　要：城乡义务教育均衡发展作为我国重要的教育政策,其关键在于统筹推进城乡师资均衡配置。本文揭示了我国西部城乡义务教育师资队伍在数量配置、结构配置、质量配置方面的现实差距,深刻分析了导致这种差距的现实影响因素,进而在此基础上提出了统筹推进西部城乡师资均衡配置的一系列对策思考与建议,以期对我国推进西部城乡义务教育均衡发展有重要的借鉴参考价值。Urban and rural compulsory education balanced development is the important education policy in our country, its key emphasis is to push forward the urban and rural teachers equilibrium configuration. This arti- cle reveals the difference between urban and rural compulsory education teachers in western part of our country in number configuration, structure configuration, and quality configuration. The author analyzes the influencing factors lead to the gap of reality, then based on this, give advance on the overall advancing west urban and ru- ral teachera equilibrium configuration, and a series of countermeasures to ideas and suggestions in order to pro- mote the compulsory education balanced development between urban and rural areas has important reference value.
