摘　　要：在我国农村家庭承包经营体制下,如何实现现代农业,一直是理论和实践中的热点问题。而河北省滦县百信合作社,通过给农民进行土地托管,解决了土地零散经营、机械化程度低、农产品成本高、品质差、效益低等一系列问题,为现代农业发展提供了一条可资借鉴的路径。文章详细分析了滦县百信合作社进行土地托管的实践以及其在现代农业发展中所起的作用,为各地土地托管以及现代农业发展提供借鉴。Under the circumstance of household contracting system in rural areas in China, how to achieve the target of the modern agriculture has always been a hot issue both in theoretical and practical field. While, by means of farmland trust, Baixin Cooperatives in Luan County sucessfully solved series of problems, such as land scattered operation, the low degree of mechanization, high cost, poor quality and low efficiency of agricultural products, which provided a beneficial path for the development of modern agriculture. The paper conducted a detailed analysis of the practice of land trust of Baixin Cooperative and demonstrated its effect on modern agriculture development to provide a reference for farmland trust and modern agriculture development in some other places.
