摘 要:美丽乡村建设是美丽中国建设的基础和前提,优秀的规划应该给公众传递未来美好的愿景,并联合和激励各方力量来实现。本文以感知和行为的逻辑关联为基石,探寻多元主体在美丽乡村建设过程中对规划的感知和体验,以此了解公众对乡村规划和发展的认知程度,运用PLS结构方程模型,对南京市美丽乡村建设进行实证研究。结果表明:规划的质量感知、公众对规划期望、规划易用性感知、规划信息渠道多样性、规划价值观对公众满意有着正向的影响,但影响大小各不相同;公众满意对政府形象有着明显的正向影响。通过规划信息的有效公示、正向信息的引导、提高规划的易理解性等措施能有效提升公众满意度,显著提升政府形象。Beautiful village construction is the basis and premise of constructing beautiful China.A good rural land remediation planning should deliver a bright future vision in a way that unites and inspires the whole groups to implement it.This article explored the public perception and experience of planning during the beautiful village construction based on the logical association of perception and behavior so as to understand public awareness toward rural planning.And then using P LS structure equation model,this article took some beautiful villages of Nanjing as an example to carry on empirical research.The result showed that perceived quality,public expectations,perceived availability,perceived diversity,and perceived value have the positive impact on public satisfaction,but the influence level is different.P ublic satisfaction has a clear negative effect on public complaint and has a positive impact on the image of government.Through the effective publicity of the planning information,the guidance of the positive information,and the improvement of easy understanding of the planning can effectively improve the public satisfaction as well as the image of the government.
