摘 要:近年来,我国大力开展农村供水工程建设,但受限于自然条件、社会条件、经济现状等因素,农村供水工程运行管理缺乏科学性统筹规划,运行管理水平低下。本文从水厂制水、供水服务、运营财务、组织管理四个方面构建了农村集中式供水工程运行管理考核指标体系。通过层次分析法(AHP)对指标体系进行了评价,同时结合国家规定和工程特点,制定了评价标准。并对湖北省武汉市黄陂区王家河街典型农村集中式供水工程进行了运行管理评价,为类似地区相关工程运行管理评价提供了一定参考。In recent years, China has vigorously carried out rural water supply construction, but limited by natural conditions, social conditions, economic status and other factors, the operation and management of water supply projects lacking scientific overall planning, operation and management level is very rare. This paper constructs the index system of operation and management of rural centralized water supply project from four aspects: water supply, water supply services, operational finance, organizational management. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to evaluate the index system, and the evaluation criteria are formulated according to the national regulations and the characteristics of the project. And the performance evaluation of the typical centralized rural water supply project of Wangjiahe Street in Huangpi District of Wuhan City in Hubei Province is carried out, which provides some reference for the performance evaluation of similar projects in similar areas.
