农户参与小型农田水利合作灌溉意愿及影响因素研究——基于DEMATEL法的实证分析

摘　　要：在构建农户参与小型农田水利合作灌溉意愿影响因素的基础上,选取咸阳市双照镇12个村的调查数据,对农户灌溉的基本情况进行统计性描述,然后运用DEMATEL方法对影响因素进行分析。结果表明,农户参与小型农田水利合作灌溉的意愿受到了农户灌溉中的费用、灌溉中的用水纠纷、可灌溉耕地面积、政府对水利设施的投入、农户对灌溉设施的满意度、农户的个体特征、亲朋好友的参与等多方面因素的影响。This study developed a conceptual model of farmer＇s willingness to participate in small-scale cooperating lmgauon Dy mtegraung influencing factors. Empirically tested in a survey of 435 farmers from 12 villages of Shuangzhao Town in Xianyang by approaching DEMATEL, the model results indicate that, irrigation costs, water dispute, irrigable area, government investment in water conservancy facilities, farmer＇ s satisfaction towards water conservancy facilities, Individual characteristics of farmers, and neighborhoods＇ participation have effects on the farmer＇ s willingness to participate in small-scale cooperating irrigation.
