摘 要:基于标准κ-ε湍流模型和Eulerian多相流模型,模拟某大型单级双吸离心泵输送含沙水流时的非定常流动,分析不同沙粒粒径和不同含沙体积分数时,蜗壳流道压力脉动的变化规律。结果表明:泵在输送低体积分数含沙水时,蜗壳流道压力脉动随着沙粒粒径的增大而减小,且均低于清水;沙粒粒径一定时,蜗壳流道压力脉动随着含沙体积分数的增大而增大,当含沙体积分数达到一定值后,除隔舌监测点以外其余点的压力脉动均大于清水;蜗壳流道压力脉动以轴频和2倍叶频为主。Based on standard k-ε turbulence model and Eulerian muhiphase flow model, the unsteady flow of a large single-stage doublesuction centrifugal pump conveying sediment-laden flow is simulated, and the change law of pressure fluctuation in the flow passage of volute is analyzed by different particle sizes and different sediment content fractions. The results indicate that when the pump conveying the low volume fraction sand-containing water, the pressure fluctuation of the volute is lower than the pressure fluctuation of conveying clear water and decreases with the increase of the sand diameter. When the sand diameter is constant, the pressure fluctuation of the volute rises with the increase of sediment content fraction, and expects the monitoring point of the tongue, the pressure fluctuation is greater than the pressure fluctuation of conveying clear water when the sediment volume fraction reaches a certain value. The axial frequency and two times blade passing frequency is dominated in the pressure fluctuation of the volute.
