电子类实验教师队伍建设的思路与体会

摘　　要：为顺应高等教育对实验教学的要求,该文结合武汉大学电子信息学院实验中心的开放式管理模式,对电子类实验教师队伍建设的现状和问题进行了分析和探讨,总结现有师资条件下的实验教师队伍建设新思路,提炼出完善考核体系、设置核心技术岗位、辅以"助教""助管"、强调自身造血功能、培养和扩展实验教师队伍等观点,为高等学校实验室的建设与发展提供了实践参考。In order to meet the requirements of higher education in experimental teaching,this paper analyzes and discusses the present situation and the existing problems of the construction of electronic experimental teachers,and combines with the open management mode of the Experimental Center of Electronic Information College of Wuhan University. Summarizes the current teachers under the constructions of the experimental,builds new ideas. Improve the assessment system,set the core technical positions,supplemented by teaching assistants,emphasizing their own hematopoietic function,training and expansion of experimental teachers and other perspectives. It provides s practical reference for the construction of laboratory and development of colleges and universities provide practical reference.
