太原“一五”时期“156”工业遗产保护更新初探

摘　　要：当下的工业遗产研究,大多以遗产论遗产为技术路线,并多关注于建国以前的工业遗产,忽视了建国初期的工业遗产。苏联援建的"156"工业项目是"一五"期间国家重点工业项目,它奠定了我国的工业基础。以太原市第一版城市总体规划中11项"156"工业项目为核心,将其与太原晚清、民国工业遗产相比较,分析太原"156"工业遗产的特征和价值。太原"156"工业遗产是太原工业文明发展的见证,遗憾的是,太原"156"工业遗产或遭到破坏,或处于被动保护,对其的研究迫在眉睫,反思太原市在工业遗产问题上所犯的错误,提出了太原"156"工业遗产保护与更新的建议。The present industrial heritage researches mainly focus only on the heritage before the establishment of the People＇s Republic of China,ignoring the industrial heritage in the early years. The ‘156＇industrial project aided and built by the Soviet Union was the national key industrial project during the first five-year plan foundation,and laid industrial base for China. In the first edition of the Taiyuan general city plan,the 11 projects of‘156＇industrial construction were taken as its core. Compared general with that in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China,the characteristics and value of the ‘156 ＇industrial heritage in Taiyuan were analyzed. The industrial heritage in Taiyuan is the witness of its industrial civilization,but they has been destroyed or protected passively,so the research of it is extremely urgent. Reflection on the mistakes to deal with the Taiyuan industrial heritage,the protection and renew advises were proposed.
