摘  要:为了掌握可调托撑(U托)长度对扣件式模板支撑架稳定承载力的影响,通过足尺原型架体施加集中竖向荷载,测试杆件受力、变形和位移等参数,得到不同U托长度条件下模板支架的极限承载力、荷载-位移和破坏模态曲线。分析发现:U托螺杆伸出长度取300 mm较为安全,大于300 mm不能保证安全;受压立杆的变形模态为正弦曲线,横杆处为反弯点。In order to study the effects of the length of adjustable brace on the stability and bearing capacity of fastener-style tubular sted( FSTS) formwork support,the perpendicularly loading tests for the critical elements of a full-scale prototype support were performed. In the work,the involved mechanical parameters of these elements were measured,which including the forces,deformations,displacements and so on. The curves of bearing capacity at serviceability limit state,load-displacement and rupture state in function of the distance of the adjustable brace were thereby obtained. The test results showed that the adjustable brace was of high security when the outstretch distance of its screw was equal to 300 mm where as it was out of safety for the distance superior of 300 mm; the deformationdistance curves for the element bearing pressures followed sinusoidal functions,and the corresponding reflection points were situated at the horizontal elements( flat tube cross).
