摘 要:为明确蒙皮效应和节点半刚性对铝合金单层球面网壳静力稳定性的影响,运用有限元软件建立了一个125 m跨度的结构模型。首先通过数值模拟确定了初始缺陷和材料非线性对网壳稳定性能的影响,并在此基础上考虑蒙皮效应和节点半刚性进行对比分析。分析结果表明:蒙皮效应可以显著提高铝合金单层网壳静力稳定承载力,并改变结构屈曲模态,考虑节点半刚性会大幅降低网壳极限承载力,当同时考虑蒙皮和节点刚度时,该网壳稳定性能基本不变。The influence of stressed-skin effect and semi-rigid joint on the static stability of a 125 meters span aluminum alloy single-layer dome was simulated and analyzed by using the finite element analysis software. The stability of a dome considering initial imperfections and material nonlinear was simulated. Based on the analysis results,the effects of stressed-skin effect and semi-rigid were compared and analyzed. The results showed that when considering stressed-skin effect,the ultimate bearing capacity was obviously improved and the buckling modal was changed. The bearing capacity decreased significantly when the semi-rigidity behavior was considered. When considering both stressed-skin effect and semi-rigid joint,the stability behavior of the dome would not changed obviously.
