参芪通脉汤治疗冠心病合并心绞痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析在冠心病合并心绞痛的治疗中应用参芪通脉汤的实际效果,以为临床治疗提供有效思路。方法:选取笔者所在医院2015年2月-2016年5月收治的80例冠心病合并心绞痛患者进行研究,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各40例,分别行常规西医治疗与中药参芪通脉汤治疗,对比两组治疗有效率。结果:观察组心绞痛和对心电图的有效率分别是95.0%、92.5%,对照组心绞痛和对心电图的有效率分别是75.0%、75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪通脉汤在治疗冠心病合并心绞痛中的效果确切,能够有效地提高治疗有效率,可推广。Objective：To analyze the practical effect of Shenqi Tongmai Tang in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,and to provide effective thinking for clinical treatment.Method：The study group 80 cases of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris patients in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2016,with the help of random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group;and they were respectively treated by routine treatment of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine of Shenqi Tongmai Decoction.Compared with the treatment efficiency between the two groups.Result：The effective rates of angina pectoris and ECG in the observation group were 95.0% and 92.5% respectively;and the effective rate of angina pectoris and ECG in the control group were 75.0% and 75.0%,respectively;the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Shenqi Tongmai Decoction is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with angina pectoris,and can effectively improve the treatment efficiency;it can be popularized.
