去骨瓣术后腰大池持续引流的护理分析

摘　　要：目的:对护理干预方案应用于去骨瓣术后腰大池持续引流患者中的价值进行研究。方法:从2011年11月-2016年4月进入笔者所在医院实施去骨瓣手术方案的患者中抽选48例进行研究,术后均实施腰大池持续引流措施,予以随机分组:对照组均实施常规护理方案,治疗组则实施护理干预方案,于护理后分别记录两组住院时间及满意度等,并进行比较。结果:对两组去骨瓣患者实施不同护理措施后,治疗组总满意度95.83%(23/24),对照组为70.83%(17/24),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率91.67%(22/24),对照组为66.67%(16/24),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,对照组的住院时间(23.15±11.22)d,治疗组(12.15±5.22)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于接受去骨瓣手术方案的患者,在实施腰大池持续引流措施的基础上,配合进行护理干预方案,不仅能减少患者住院日,而且还能提升患者的满意度,并且促进其康复,可推广。Objective：To research the value of nursing intervention program applied to continuous lumbar cistern drainage in patients after bone flap operation.Method：48 patients were selected from the patients with bone flap operation in our hospital from November 2011 to April 2016.Continuous lumbar cistern drainage was given to the patients after operation.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing plan,the treatment group was given the implementation of nursing intervention program,the hospitalization duration and degree of satisfaction of the two groups were recorded and compared.Result：After different nursing interventions,the satisfaction of the treatment group was 95.83%（23/24）,the control group was 70.83%（17/24）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%（22/24）,the control group was 66.67%（16/24）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.In addition,the length of hospital stay in the control was（23.15±11.22）d,the treatment group was（12.15±5.22）d,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with bone flap surgery plan,coordinate nursing intervention program on the basis of continuous lumbar cistern drainage can not only reduce the length of hospital stay,but also improve patients＇ satisfaction and promote the rehabilitation,it can be promoted.
