综合护理对膀胱癌患者术后膀胱灌注化疗依从性及生存质量影响

摘　　要：目的:探究综合护理干预对膀胱癌患者术后膀胱灌注化疗依从性及生存质量影响。方法:选取2015年3月-2017年3月在笔者所在医院接受膀胱癌术后灌注化疗的患者72例作为研究对象,知情同意后随机分为研究组和对照组,各36例。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用综合护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:研究组患者的灌注化疗依从性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的总生活质量评分明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预对膀胱癌术后灌注化疗的患者有积极的意义,不仅可以增加患者的治疗依从性,对提高患者的生活质量方面作用也非常显著,值得在临床工作中借鉴使用。Objective：To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance and quality of life of bladder cancer after bladder cancer.Method：72 patients with bladder cancer who underwent postoperative perfusion chemotherapy in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects.Informed consent,the patients were randomly divided into study group and control group.In the control group,routine nursing intervention was used.The study group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Result：The adherence of chemotherapy in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the total quality of life of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention has a positive effect on patients with postoperative perfusion chemotherapy of bladder cancer.It can not only increase the compliance of patients,but also have a significant effect on improving the quality of life of patients.It is worth using in clinical work.
