不同瓶插液对月季切花保鲜效果的研究

摘　　要：为了进一步延长切花月季(Rose hybrid Hort.)的瓶插寿命,提高观赏价值,分析了不同瓶插液对切花月季的保鲜效果。以5%蔗糖+200 mg/L 8-羟基喹林(8-HQ)作为基础液,添加不同浓度的6-苄基嘌呤(6-BA)、赤霉素(GA3)以及维生素C,测量其瓶插寿命、鲜重变化率、水分平衡值、花径值以及花瓣上清液的pH。结果表明,浓度为90 mg/L的6-BA、60 mg/L的GA3以及120 mg/L的维生素C保鲜效果最好,且其中GA3的保鲜效果最好,其瓶插寿命延长了3.2 d,鲜重变化率最高,能够很好地促进鲜切花的吸水量,花瓣的花径最大,而且能够有效地延缓花瓣变色,使切花月季的观赏效果达到最佳。In order to further extend the vase life of cut flowers and improve the ornamental value,the effects of different bottle feeding on the freshness of cut rose were discussed. With 5% sucrose＋200 mg/L 8-HQ as the low liquid,to which different concentrations of 6-BA,GA3 and VC,the vase life,fresh weight change rate, water balance value, flower diameter value and pH value of petal supernatant were measured. The results showed that the concentration of 90 mg/L 6-BA,60 mg/L GA3 and 120 mg/L VC had the best effect,and the preservation effect of GA3 was the best,and the vase life was prolonged by 3.2d,The highest rate,can be a good promotion of fresh cut flowers, the largest flower diameter petals, and can effectively delay the petals discoloration,so that cut flowers rose to achieve the best results.
