摘  要:采用组织培养法和枝条扦插法对缙云黄芩(Scutellaria tsinyunensis C.Y.Wu et S.Chow)进行诱导和繁殖。组织培养通过对缙云黄芩外植体进行消毒,获得无菌苗后将其茎段及叶片分别接种于添加2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L IAA、1.0 mg/L 2,4-D+0.25 mg/L KT的2种MS培养基中进行不定芽诱导,60 d后统计诱导情况;采用20、50、80 mg/L IAA和NAA 6种植物生长调节剂处理缙云黄芩枝条切口进行扦插繁殖,30 d后统计生根情况,将繁殖的幼苗进行野外移栽试验。结果表明,缙云黄芩可通过组织培养和扦插进行繁殖,其茎段是直接诱导出芽的良好外植体,2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L的IAA诱导不定芽,可达75%的出芽率;50、80 mg/L IAA处理的缙云黄芩扦插苗成活率明显高于其他处理;原生境野外回归可以实现其抢救性保护。The tissue culture method and shoot cutting method were used to induce and propagate Scutellaria tsinyunensis C.Y. Wu et S. Chow. The tissue culture was carried out by disinfecting the explants of Scutellaria tsinyunensis C. Y. Wu et S.Chow. The stem and leaves were inoculated into different MS mediums(added 2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L IAA or 1.0 mg/L2,4-D+0.25 mg/L KT)and induced adventitious buds. Then we statistics the rate of induction after 60 days. The cutting propagation of Scutellaria tsinyunensis C. Y. Wu et S. Chow's branches was treated with different concentration of IAA and NAA(20,50,80 mg/L) and the rooting rate after 30 days was counted. The seedlings will be transplanted to the wild. The results showed that Scutellaria tsinyunensis C. Y. Wu et S. Chow could be propagated through tissue culture and cutting, and the stem segments can directly induce budding. The germination rate reached 75% under the induction of 2.0 mg/L 6-BA and0.2 mg/L IAA. The survival rate of the cuttings of Scutellaria tsinyunensis C. Y. Wu et S. Chow was significantly higher than that of other treatments at 50, 80 mg/L IAA. Field regression can achieve its rescue protection.
