摘  要:通过自然沉降法处理选矿废水和调节药剂用量研究氧化铅锌矿选矿废水的循环利用。结果表明:选矿废水经过沉降几天至上清液澄清或与清水按比例混合可直接返回流程使用,锌回收率可达80%以上,丁铵黑药在流程中累积易导致泡沫量过大,2#油具有消泡作用,但用量过大会导致锌回收率降低,乙硫氮或异戊基黄药可替代丁铵黑药作为选铅捕收剂,经过调节矿浆固含及药剂用量,废水经过6次循环使用,Zn回收率能维持在85%以上,废水循环利用率为97.43%。工业生产应用结果表明,选矿废水可循环利用。Recycling of wastewater from lead-zinc oxide ore beneficiation is treated by natural sediraentation method and reused by reagent dosage adjustment, The results show that up to 80% zinc recovery is achieved when the wastewater is directly reused in the process after natural settling for a few days or mixed with clean water in proportion. The accumulation of dithiophosphate BA in the process will cause excessive flotation froth. Terpineol can effectively eliminate the froth, but excess dosage will reduce the recovery rate of zinc. Whereas both diethyldithiocarbamate and potassium isoamyl xanthate can use as lead collector to replace dithiophosphate BA. After adjusting the solid content and reagents dosage, by reusing repeated cycles of wastewater for 6 times, the zinc recovery remains above 85% , with recy- cling rate of 97.43%. The results of industrial application prove that the treated wastewater can be recycled.
