摘 要:消费者反悔权是指消费者在采用网络方式购买特定商品后的法定期限内,无需说明理由即可对该完好商可予以退货的法定合同解除权。赋予消费者反悔权是改善网络购物中买卖双方信息不对称状况,实现交易公平的必然要求。本文从消费者反悔权的历史沿革谈起,并结合新消法与社会实践。对我国消费者网购反悔权的适用障碍进行了探析,进而提出完善我国消费者网购反悔权立法的对策,旨在保障消费者知情权和自主选择权能够有效实现。Consumers counterattack fight refers to the consumer in the use of the network to buy a specific commodity within the statutory period, without the need to explain the reasons for the good business can be returned to the statutory contract to lift the right.
