摘 要:ENSO现象已成为影响全球气候异常的重要原因,本文在统计分析了1949年到2016年66年来安徽省气温、降水气象资料,以及洪涝、干旱、冰雹、雾霾、沙尘暴、台风等极端气候灾害。通过运用地理Arc GIS软件,分析发生厄尔尼诺和拉尼娜事件的年份与气候异常的关系。初步探索、揭示ENSO在东亚的发展规律及其影响,以及提出减小经济损失的可行性措施。研究表明,El Ni1o(暖事件)对安徽整体气候有不同程度的降水减少和气温升高影响,易发生干旱气象灾害,而La Ni1a(冷事件)发生时降水增多、气温下降,通常会缓解干旱,对安徽省的工农业产生有利影响。ENSO phenomenon has become a major driver of the global climate anomalies. The paper counts and analyzes Anhui province's meteorological data including temperature,precipitation,and extreme climate disasters such as flood,drought,hail,fog,haze,dust storms and typhoon. By using geographic software Arc GIS,the relationship between the year El Nino and La Nina happen and climate anomalies is analyzed.The paper explores and discloses the development and influence of ENSO in East Asian region,to bring up feasible measures reducing economic losses. Research shows that when El Nino phenomenon happens,drought is prone to happen in Anhui with different degree of decreasing rainfall and temperature rise. While La Nina phenomenon usually relieves the drought with increasing precipitation and temperature drop exerting favorable impact on Anhui's agriculture and industry.
