摘 要:混凝土砌块砌体剪力墙的抗震性能(抗剪承载力、延性、耗能能力等)对混凝土砌块砌体剪力墙结构(以下简称砌块砌体结构)的发展有着重要的意义。为研究砌块砌体剪力墙的抗震性能,对2000年以来配筋和约束砌块砌体剪力墙的研究成果进行分析与总结,主要得到以下结论:对于配筋砌块砌体剪力墙,提高竖向钢筋配筋率可以提升墙体抗剪承载力,竖向钢筋间距和布置方式对抗剪承载力和延性等影响很小;水平配筋可以有效地改善墙体的整体性;提高轴压比可以增加抗剪承载力,但是会降低延性;设置边缘构件可以提高墙体的抗剪承载力和延性。对于约束砌块砌体剪力墙,芯柱和构造柱都可以提升墙体的抗剪承载力和延性,构造柱-芯柱体系结合了构造柱和芯柱的优点,可以更有效地提高墙体的抗震能力。Seismic performance of concrete-block masonry shear wall structures(shear capacity,displacement ductility,energydissipating capacity,etc.) plays an important role for the development of concrete-block masonry shear wall structures. A comprehensive study of the research results for reinforced masonry shear walls and confined masonry shear walls in this century is undertaken to evaluate the seismic behavior of concrete-block shear walls. For reinforced masonry shear walls,shear capacity of walls tends to increase with increase in the amount of vertical reinforcement; the integrality of walls tends to increase with increase of horizontal reinforcement; the shear capacity tends to increase with increase in axial compressive stress,while the displacement ductility tends to decrease with increases in axial compressive stress; the shear capacity and displacement ductility of walls can benefit from the boundary elements. For confined masonry shear walls,the seismic capacity of walls can benefit from core columns and structural concrete columns,and masonry shear walls with structural concrete columns and core columns as seismic force-resisting system can achieve a better seismic capacity
