摘　　要：根据国内几所公共图书馆近几年在人本服务方面的创新理念,探讨我国公共图书馆在人本服务的创新方式,以重视我国公共图书馆的人本服务,促进公共图书馆的服务能力。基于对几所典型公共图书馆人本服务创新的调查分析,总结出我国公共图书馆在人本化服务上存在的问题,并提出相应的对策来提高人本化服务。现代图书馆应当更加注重人的需求,把图书馆从"书"的空间向"人"的空间打造。Based on several domestic public libraries in recent years in humanistic concept of service innovation,the papa dis- cusses the approach to innovation in public library humanistic service in our country,in order to treasure humanistic service of public libraries in our country and to promote the public library service ability.Based On the research and analysis of several typical public library humanistic service innovation, summarized the problems existing in humanistic service in our country public libraries, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the humanistic service.The modem library should pay more attention to the needs of people,and make the library from the space of ＂books＂ to ＂people＂.
