基于模糊综合评价的森林公园解说系统解说效果研究——以广东新丰江国家森林公园为例

摘　　要：解说系统是森林公园的灵魂,其评价体系由解说人员、解说设施、解说信息、解说管理和解说受众5个一级指标组成,共计有29个二级评价指标。通过对广东新丰江国家森林公园实证研究,游客对其解说系统总体评价为3.0397分,达到了一般满意程度。其中对解说人员评价最高,评价得分为4.0368,解说设施评价最低,得分仅为1.9118。森林公园应该从加强解说人员队伍、提炼准确解说信息、完善解说设置、关注解说受众、优化解说管理等方面提升解说系统解说效果。Inviromental Protection,environmental education,and tourism are three main functions of a forest park. Based on the four subsystem of the forest park,the paper put forward an evaluation system for forest park interpretation,which mainly composes of personnel,interpretation facilities,information,and park management and 29 evaluation index. Xinfengjiang national forest park is empirically investigated. The evaluation score of Xinfengjiang is 3. 0397. The score of personnel is 4. 0368 and the interpretation facilities is 1. 9188. We suggest that forest park should strengthen the interpretation personnel team,refine accurate information,improve the interpretation settings,and it should focus on the audience and optimize the interpretation promotion system.
