摘  要:本文将依据海绵城市等相关技术理论和方法,以沈抚新城作为研究对象,依据城市生态水资源现状及相关水量降雨量分析,合理规划沈抚新城城市水系,并选取李石建设区为实践案例分析,通过增设低影响开发设施系统完善以海绵城市为基础的生态水网,达到提高沈抚新城水循环能力的结果。This article applies relevant technological theory and method of sponge city to study the ecological water system planning of Shenfu new city area. The urban water system is reasonably planned according to analysis of present situation of ecological water resources and relevant rainfall precipitation. Lishi construction area is taken as a case study. The ecological water network on the basis of sponge city is perfected by adding low impact development facility system, and thus the water circulation ability of Shenfu new city is improved.
