摘 要:采用双主相法制备低成本Nd-Y-Fe-B烧结磁体,研究高丰度稀土Y的取代量对磁体的相组成、致密性、微观组织、磁性能以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:少量的Y取代不会造成磁体磁性能的明显下降,在Y的质量分数取代量为10%时,磁体剩磁、矫顽力和磁能积仍保持在1.32T、955.25kA/m和336.3kJ/m3,其硬度也较高,切削性能良好。随Y取代量进一步提升,在磁体内部析出Y和O含量较高新型稀土相,磁体内部孔洞缺陷数量增多,磁性能大幅降低,硬度和切削性能也明显下降。Low cost Nd-Y-Fe-B sintered magnets were prepared by double main phase method,and the effects of high abundance rare earth Y with different substitution quantity on the phase composition,density,microstructure,magnetic properties and mechanical property of the magnets were investigated.The result shows that a small number of Y substituting does not result in a significant decrease in magnetic properties.The remanence,coercivity,and magnetic energy product of the magnet keep in 1.32 T、955.25 kA/m and 336.3 kJ/m3 when the Y substitution content is 10%(mass fraction),and the hardness and cutting performance are also excellent.However,it is further in-crease amount of Y substitution,which make new RE-rich phase high content in Y and O,the number of hole detects also increase.Magnetic properties,hardness,and cutting performance are greatly reduced.
