摘 要:以常规施肥作为对照,研究西兰花种植前和收获后沼液施用对土壤微生物数量、酶活性和养分含量的影响。结果表明:西兰花种植前,沼液施用使细菌和放线菌数量分别增加了91.16%和79.09%,真菌反而减少了55.03%;沼液施用土壤脲酶和蔗糖酶活性比常规施肥分别低了27.01%和15.58%。西兰花收获后,沼液施用土壤脲酶和蔗糖酶活性比常规施肥分别增加了13.18%和11.50%。西兰花种植前和收获后,沼液施用分别使土壤有机质含量提高79.61%和29.46%。沼液施用可增加西兰花种植前土壤细菌和放线菌数量,促进西兰花收获后土壤脲酶和蔗糖酶活性和提高土壤有机质含量。Conventional fertilization was used as CK, the effects of biogas slurry application on soil microbialbiomass, enzyme activity and nutrient content before and after broccoli plantation were studied. The resultsshowed that the number of bacteria and actinomycetes under biogas slurry application significantly increasedby 91.16% and 79.09% before plantation, while the number of fungi decreased by 55.03%; the soil ureaseactivity and invertase activity under biogas slurry application were 27.01% and 15.58% lower than that ofconventional fertilization. After harvest, soil urease activity and invertase activity under biogas slurryapplication were 13.18% and 11.50% greater than that of conventional fertilization. The application of biogasslurry could increase soil organic matter contents by 79.61% and 29.46% before and after plantation. Biogasslurry application could increase the quantity of soil bacteria and soil actinomycetes before broccoli plantingand improve soil urease and invertase activity, and organic matter content at broccoli harvest.
